TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR NON-PROFIT AFFILIATES

A non-profit affiliate agrees to the following terms upon setting up their affiliate dues:

1. Access to Members Portal: Upon payment of affiliate dues, the affiliate will receive access to our members-only portal. This will enable the affiliate to utilize our platform for their non-profit expansion needs. The affiliate will have full capability to set up campaigns to reach donors, as well as set up reactivation and referral campaigns. The affiliate will also have the ability to host online events and collect donations.

2. Responsibility of Affiliate: It is the responsibility of the affiliate to ensure that all benefits are being utilized. The non-profit organization is not held responsible for the non-use of any affiliate member benefits.

3. Termination of Affiliate Membership: Termination of the affiliate membership requires a written 30-day notice and will take place for the following calendar month. Refund Requests for affiliate dues are not permitted more than 60 days. Any requests for refunds for affiliate dues must be be reviewed and approved by our board. Any payments made after the affiliate has provided written request to terminate their affiliate membership will be refunded in full.

4. Auto-Renewal of Membership: Affiliates membership will be auto-renewed until written request for cancellation is received. Cancellation will take place the following calendar month.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR RESOURCE CENTER PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

1. Resource Center: If there is a problem with one of our educational products or services, then the purchaser can contact our team to discuss what was wrong, and we can resolve the issue.

2. Refund Policy: All items in the resource center are made per order. Therefore, we have a non-refund policy unless there is a defect. If there is a defect, the purchaser may contact our team to discuss the issue and we will resolve the problem.

 

Please note that the terms and conditions outlined above are subject to change without prior notice. The non-profit organization reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.

 

By setting up their affiliate dues, the non-profit affiliate agrees to the terms and conditions outlined above.
